I do eat to travel and travel to eat….literally. Anyone who knows me, knows that I make sure to eat local and document my eats.
Today was no exception. We walked down to the Indian Shores Farmers Market and then onto Indian Shores Coffee Company. I had stopped there last week and kept thinking about the spinach/cheese croissant. It’s a kitschy place that has the most beautiful assortment of baked goods and great coffee drinks.
For lunch, on the beach, I walked over to Bay 1 Ice Cream and sandwich shop in Indian Shores, FL. I had heard they have a great Cuban sandwich…and they did not disappoint. Crunchy cuban roll, with just the right proportion of ham to pork. (Great beach food!)
