I had a lot of pulled pork leftover from 3 nights ago, so thought I could make chili with the rest. I liked the recipe I found at www.presurecookrecipes.com for this relatively easy chili. I had all of the ingredients, so just substituted the pulled pork for the ground beef.
After the NR (20 minutes), I tasted the chili and decided to add some brown sugar and apple cider vinegar. It was a bit thinner than my stovetop chili, but the taste was great.
We had already eaten dinner, so this was made for another night – which is the way I like my chili… well rested and flavorful.
UPDATE – It was 31 degrees in Florida last night (1/17/18), so we dove into the chili. It was awesome – hubby had 2 bowls.
